Today I ordered pipes and fittings in preparation for water supply to the orphanage, from the new well site. With a sketch plan for water tanks on an 8' to 10' high tower in hand, I'm shaking my head and wondering at how involved I'm getting with this project - that's only because I've got so many other jobs at hand.

Pray that the drill bit arrives in the next few days. We want to be drilling again by January 3rd. Pray and give thanks to the Lord for all the good so far, and because surely everything will come together; in His time the orphanage will be blessed with a good well - for the sake of the children.

It seems like weeks since I've reported on business with MoM's well, but it's only a few days since we came back from Lokoja to celebrate Christmas. And then, from looking over past posts, truly it's been awhile since I've mentioned the well digging projects. But there is more, and although it's all just talk so far, it is real! Several people have been asking me to drill personal wells for them on a paid basis. Although it seems wonderful to be able to earn money to help us do God's work, I wonder and pray... will we in the long run be able to help more people this way? Is this the right direction of involvement for us? Please pray with me for peace and assurance as I decide, and as we press forward into 2012.

For now, I hope you enjoy reading this IMWP news letter, but most of al...l that you will pray... especially for the success of the project and safety of the children in Lokoja.
